A sign of erosion was found at some houses near Copan, a Mayan city near the Guatemala border, and was most likely caused by over-farming. Over-farming would have caused the Maya soil to lost its nutrients, thereby making the soil unable to support plant life. Also, many Mayan skulls were found to have anemia, a disease caused by a lack of iron in one's diet and undernourishment,
which was caused by a dearth of food and nutrition. Many modern farmers are getting less and less corn from their fields because of a lack of a fallow period, which was caused by the substantial population. The Maya ate maize all year round, and a lack of it would cause many people to starve and a paucity of food. Therefore, my theory is that the Maya civilization collapsed because of a sparseness of food.

South American cultures

Moche was the first civilization of the four to settle in Latin America. Debate - Palin vs. Biden

Sarah Palin. How do I begin to talk about Sarah Palin. Does she have any other experience besides being the Governor in Alaska? Can she talk about anything else besides her long, boring anecdotes from her time in Alaska? Yes Mcain is NOT a maverick. He's as far away from one as someone could ever be. Sarah Palin said Mcain is the one we have to leave *stumbles* lead. I bet she really thinks we should leave Mcain. If something happens to Mcain while he's president is Palin really ready to lead our country? To fix our economy that Bush ruined? Mcain is not a change. He is a chip of the old block - George Bush. If Mcain gets elected, our economy will be in an even bigger turmoil. If Mcain is elected, say bye-bye to your homes. Only the rich will be able to buy homes and cars if Mcain is elected. If something happens to Mcain, and Palin takes over, wow we'll be in trouble. She'll spend too much time fixing unimportant issues, continuing the war that is killing innocent people, and paying no attention to our economy. And about the war. We are not close to winning the war, we are becoming even closer to losing it because of the money that we're borrowing from other countries. Our economy is getting worse and worse specifically because of all the money in the war. If we didn't have war, there would be no 9/11, no terriosts, just peace. So stop encouraging the war! We're not getting closer to winning, our economy is falling down, and Sarah Palin knows nothing about this. We do need early troop withdrawl so people can stop dying in Iraq. And what would happen if we left Iraq? The Iraqis would be grateful and so would the government. Who cares if we lose the war? The war wasn't worth fighting for anyway! Boo Palin!

Joe Biden. Let me tell you, he's no Sarah Palin, but he's not Mr. Perfect either. How much experience does he have? If Obama wins but something happens to him, is Biden really ready to serve our country? The answer is no. Also, what Biden needs to do is to not be like Obama, and actually answer the questions. What CAN you do Biden?

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://annewzhao.blogspot.com/2008/10/vp-debate-palin-vs-biden.html' title='V.P. This is effecting our economy greatly and this crisis should not fixed immediately.
My plan for a new and better economy is that every public and private investor. should have a down payment to make sure that the loaner has at least some percent of the borrowed money. This ensures that if the borrower was unable to pay the borrowed money, the loaner would have at least some money, thereby ensuring that the loaner could pay back, little by little, the place that he/she borrowed money from in time so that no money would be totally lost and the domino effect that is weakening our economy would weaken and soon disappear.
